MANAGEMENT SOCIETY

Name of the Society governing the school is “Rewa Coalfields Education Society”. The registered office of the Society is at Rewa Coalfields English Medium Higher Secondary School building, MPPGCLtd. Colony, Chachai, District Anuppur, (M.P.) The Society managing the school is formed of the officers and employees of Amarkantak Thermal Power Station, MPPGCLtd., Chachai, District Anuppur, (M.P.) with following perspective:-

(a) To establish and run educational institutions at Nursery, Primary, Middle, Higher Secondary and Technical levels, in the MPPGCL Colony, Chachai, District Anuppur (M.P.).

(b) To provide atmosphere of play, child recreation, and education in the institutions managed and run by the Society.

(c) To run programs for character, mental and physical development of boys and girls and aid them in personality development.

(d) To conduct, support and promote secular, educational activities irrespective of religion, race, caste, community or social status.

(e) To recruit and select persons who are willing and have aptitude to take such services.

(f) To purchase, take on lease, or exchange, or acquire any land, buildings, easements or other movable or Immovable property which may be required for the purpose of the Society or to sell, lease, rent out, mortgage, give in exchange, surrender or dispose of them as the Society may deem fit.

(g) To print, publish and exhibit journals, periodicals, books, lectures and other reading and pictorial matter for diffusion of useful knowledge and in keeping with the educational and moral ideals of the Society.

(h) To establish and maintain reserve funds of amount for the promotion of the educational and developmental activities of the Society.

(i) To maintain a repair fund to meet the expenses of a capital nature and to pay into such fund money at such time and in such amounts as the Society may from time to time decide.

(j) To raise funds by receiving any gift, donation or money in cash or other moveable property of all descriptions and to undertake to carry/ act the official duties and functions of administrations jointly with others, in respect of any such gifts, donations, and money vested in the Society.

(k) To invest and deal with the motives of the Society not immediately required, in such securities and in such manner as the Society may think fit and at its discretion to dispose of, realize or vary these investments on such terms and conditions as the Society may think fit.

(1) To do all such other lawful acts and deeds as are essential or conducive to the attainment of the objectives of the Society.
