1. Students are ordinarily admitted only at the beginning of the school year. New pupils must be personally introduced by their parents or their relations who will be responsible for their regularity of attendance, studies and payment of fees.

2. Admission is done on the basis of Interview / Entrance Test as decided by Principal in consultation with Management.

3. Admission Form must be filled in by parents. The Admission form should be accompanied by the original and photocopy of the authentic document containing the child’s name and date of birth. The name and the date of birth once entered in the admission register cannot be altered.

4. A pupil coming from another school is required to submit Transfer Certificate and the Progress Report of the last year. Student coming from states other than M. P. is required to bring his / her certificate of transfer countersigned by the competent Educational Officer of the district. Transfer Certificate of a private school should be countersigned by the educational officer concerned.

5. A Student of this school after passing UKG, VIII and X examination will have to be formally re-admitted in the next class. Parents will have to fill up a form for re-admission. A photocopy of mark sheet for the last year must be submitted at the time of re-admission.

6. When Transfer Certificate is to be issued, the parents must make an application at least ten days in advance. All fees and other dues in the school have to be paid up before the Transfer Certificate is to be taken. Fees are due as long as the pupils name is on the roll.

7. The Principal has the right to refuse continuation of studies of any pupil whose conduct or attendance in class is unsatisfactory.

8. Name will be struck off if the students remains absent without information for more than fourteen days.

9. No fee will be charged if application for Transfer Certificate is received within 15 days of declaration of annual result. After this period parents will be liable to pay school fees of one month.

10. If the Transfer Certificate is issued on or before 14th day of any month, no fee for that month will be charged. However after 14th day of the month, fee for that month will be considered as due on the parent. If the parent has opted for Four Installment Pattern for paying the school fees then if 45 days of the next installment cycle has passed then that installment will become due on him.
