Message To Parents

Home / Message To Parents

Parental co-operation is indispensable for the proper education of children. The parents therefore are requested to keep in constant touch with school regarding the conduct and progress of their children.

During school hours parents/guardians will not be allowed to meet their wards, interview the teachers, visit the classes or walk about in the school premises. All business must be conducted through the office.

The school will communicate with you through this hand book. You are requested to look this hand book every day. Your prompt attention to the remarks and other entries made in this handbook is very essential. In case the book is lost a fine of Rs. 100/- will be charged.

Absence of your ward from classes for attending marriages of distant relatives and other social functions should be discouraged as it retards the children’s progress and minimizes his respect for hard work. It is essential that the school be informed earlier if the child is to be detained at home. Pupils will not be allowed to leave school till classes are over for day.

In case student is needed at home during school hours then parent must come in person to fetch the student and application is to be submitted for the same. In no case student will be allowed to leave the school with any body other than the parent.

In case your child is unable to attend class due to illness application for leave must reach the school without delay. Children suffering from contagious diseases should be allowed to attend school only if allowed by competent doctor.

Children are expected to do their homework by themselves. They should not be helped in it by you or the tutors unless they really need it.

Criticism of the teachers or the school should be avoided in presence of child because it undermines their respect for the teachers, the school and of them selves. Should you have legitimate complaints or suggestions to make, meet the Principal or write in a separate letter addressed to him who will go into the matter personally. Giving presents to the staff or other demonstration of favour in their honour is to be discouraged. You are requested to pay special attention to the personal cleanliness of your child and make sure they attend school in proper uniform. The school will not be responsible for any article lost by your child. Articles found will be under the

custody of the Principal and can be claimed after paying a fine Rs. 100/-. Parents are requested not to engage private tutions unless it is absolutely necessary, for it has been found that majority of privately tutioned students are slack in class and depend on tutors to do the home work allotted to them. Teachers of this school have been barred from taking private tutions.
